DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz speed help

I'm pretty good with hardware but when it comes to reclocking stuff i get rather confused. :-)

I have a pair of Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz:

However when the BIOS kicks in it only shows them at being around DDR2-800mhz.
Am i supposed to increase the mhz in the bios for the CPU so it shows the memory at 1066Mhz??

I'm concerned that i may need to do more (voltages? Multiplier etc?)

Is it a good idea for me to just set the speed or should i really set the timings and the voltage levels too? I'm not considering to overclock at the moment.

Hi, i read that it accepts 1066.

Should i change voltage or anyhting?
