DDR2 RAM on ASRock ConRoe 1333-DVI/H motherboard

I need to buy additional RAM for my PC. I have an ASRock ConRoe 1333-DVI/H motherboard.

The motherboard guide suggests that when RAM is added, the same brand, speed, size and chip-type have to be installed. Currently I have 1 x 1024Mb PQI DDR2 667 (PC2-5300).

Does this mean that I can only add another 1024Mb PQI DDR2 667 (PC2-5300)? Can't i mix RAM. I remember that i used to mix RAM on an older PC that I haad.

states that to ensure compatability. Have mixed ram loads of time with no issues.
Will work at slowest speed though if different speed ram is used
