ddr2 ratios please help

just bumped my conroe beyond 3gzh. now should i be running my ram at 1:1 or 4:5??

well if i run my mem at 1:1 i.e 3gzh its ddr2 533 600mzh. if i run it 4:5 its ddr 2 700+. what setting should i be using

6700 conroe, gskill 6400 ddr 2, abit aw9d max

cheers just put it back to 4:5
