Iv just sold some what was my favourite DDR2 memory lately and i now i must openly admit im stumped as to which brand of memory to choose.

I used to own Corsair PC 6400 pro's v1.3's and they where great for overclocking, however as a result of the LED's on one of the sticks being dead from day one i RMA'd them in hope to recieve similar super overclocking sticks (capable of running @ 3-2-2-4-6-1T @700 MHz with 2.0V  ) which never happend, instead i got these beastly v3.2 modules that where just nasty and slow.

Now thing is iv always been faithful in Corsair as i previously owned some PC5400pro sticks that where great overclockers and i had bought them on the second month of release so binning chips and discovery of kits such as PC 8000 never existed, which might explain where the overclockability of the ram dissapeared to when i went for an RMA...

But as for choosing a replacement, im lost. Iv heard a few things about G-Skill on this forum, specialy a particular revision... but iv also seen some really mighty clocks from SuperTalents PC 6400 range... and then there's Mushkin and OCZ etc...

As for budget iv got £170 which id like to stick close to...
