DDR3-1600 or DDR3-1333 for a Core i7 930?

Which speed memory should i get for an i7? i dont know much about RAM so i would really appreciate if someone could give me some pointers.

well there is about £10 difference between the cheapest kits in each so id say go for 1600MHz. This kit seems good and is on this week only:
