Hi guys, I'm going to buy my Core i7 system this week I think. My plan is to get the 920 and oc it to around 3GHz (maybe even 3.06, to match the speed of the upcoming 950).
At the moment all I need to figure out is which memory to get. I know from my experiences of overclocking this motherboard that if you have low speed RAM then you can't clock the FSB as high.
But these Core i7's don't actually have FSB's any more, so does this come into the equation? Will the 3x2GB of PC3-10666 from Crucial do the job?
