I thought DDR3 was supposed to run on 1.5V. Yet looking around, seems that most DDR3 modules seem to want 1.65V or even higher. Even the fairly standard 1333MHz ones. So what's going on? Are they all really 1066MHz chips overclocked and overvolted or something?
