DDR3 In 2019!

Anyone know where to get 32gb DDR3 ram at around 1866 or higher in the year 2019 that's almost new and never used before. Then again I already have 16GB DDR3, but reson for asking since when I'm doing FSX with so many programs open and streaming my ram is almost 80%

DDR3 is darn cheap and it will do the job until I get work again to earn and save for new rig

I had a look for some 16GB sticks and they where like 150+ £ direct from the manufacturer. 32GB ram is going to be stupid price.

Supply and demand. They’re just not manufactured that much anymore.

Ram tends to go expensive > cheap > expensive again once the new generation comes out.

Unless second hand, would be more expensive than DDR4. Reason why I got more RAM now, before prices escalate.

Why must 8t be new? I have seen used sticks going for £25, there is no real reason for new.

I use Corsair DDR3-1866 4x4GB sticks. Might look to see I can get more 4 sticks the same. Was thinking of getting 4x8gb so that I have free space since my board can take 128gb

You might of answered you question, but I noticed a rather large online retailer have quite a selection. Have the same issue myself.
