DDR3 memory timings?

Right now i have 4GB of ddr3 1333mhz of ram and its running at 6-6-6-15 timings.

Is that good?

I remember with my DDR2 system it was about the same.

Also my bank cycle time is 33. im thinking this should be lower? any help would be great

(and my command rate is 1T?)

Depends on the system you're running.
AMD builds prefer lowing timings, Intel prefer slightly higher ones.

Go with the timings that give you the best stability as they have little impact on performance.

Those timings your running seem quite low.

My memory is running at 830 Mhz (166 2:10) 8.8.8.24 2T
