Hi ive got an Asrock4core1600twins-p35 mobo but i'm unsure of which ddr3 to go for and would it make a diffrence?

on the boards dimms for ddr2 it says 1.8v & on the ddr3 dimms 1.5v
i know that it supports ddr3 memory 1333/1066/800
so can i put any ddr3 memory in and with high voltage ?

also ive seen ddr3 ram with 10666 is this the same as 1066?

the cpu is a q8200 2.33ghz quadcore 45nm (fsb 1333mhz)
and a wd1500adfd wd raptor

I've been told that the FSB should set itself to a default of 1333Mhz and i managed to get hold of some 1.5v ram (but still no answers on the voltage of the ram) so here's my new setup i've just to put it together once the ram & Gfx come in:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 LGA775 'Yorkfield' 2.33GHz 4MB-cache (1333FSB) Processor - Retail.

Asrock 4CORE1600TWINS-P35 P35/ICH9 Socket 775 Motherboard.

Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 10666C9 1333MHz TwinX Dual Channel (TW3X4G1333C9) (CAS 9-9-9-24 Timings).

Western Digital 150GB 10000rpm wd1500adfd WD Raptor.

XFX ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB GDDR5 TV-OutDual DVIHDMI (PCI-Express).

700W FSP PSU FSP700-80GLN PSU.

Zalman HD160XT Home Theatre PC Case.

i've still got some other things to get but ive got to save the pennies first!!!

It's hard to say. From what I've seen Asrock is not a great OCing board. But, with that memory on a P35, your memory won't be a bottleneck to OCing. Any OC bottleneck will likely come from the CPU or MOBO.
