DDR3 Ram

You should be able to slap it in and run at 1600 no problem , when a mobo states it supports 1066 -------1333-----onto 2000 its to be expected to mean it supports all frequencys in between, give or take.

Your machine may be unstable at 1600 exactly , but maybe thats an artifact of the mobo, tweak it and id be sure you'll find a freq that works between 1540 to 1640 ish, but then again , unless you see your own mobo use ram @ 2000mhz then you can never be sure :P
