DDR3 set to 1333mhz - but reading 666mhz?

Ok, so i've got 2x 2GB OCZ DDR3 Intel Extreme Edition running duel channel - set to 1333.4mhz in the bios... Vista loads fine etc - 4GB of ram detected, but when i check cpu-z it tells me the RAM Freq = 666.7mhz?

CPU-Z reads raw memory frequency before effective "DDR" (Double Data Rate) is factored in. That's normal.
