I've got hold of an old PC from work which has 32GB of DDR3 (4 x 8GB) and I'm wondering whether or not to swap it with the DDR3 in my Main home PC (yes I know it's super old) which currently only has 16GB

The spec from CPU-Z of my existing DDR3

They look pretty similar but I'm not really sure what the differences mean performance wise? Should swap my corsair RAM with the crucial stuff or are there any reasons not to?

Agree with @Journey here. Those latency timings are unlikely to be noticed unless if you're benching stuff specifically where they are important. In general use, the higher frequency and capacity is more likely going to be noticed in overall use compared to the lower timings RAM (especially in the DDR3 and earlier memory days). Go with the work machine memory.
