DDR3 Timings?

Hey guys,
This will probably be a daft question to majority of the people on here but im looking to purchase some DDR3 for my new i7 build and was wondering what the differences in timings mean. Im looking at two different triple channel kits:

Corsair 3GB 1333MHz XMS3 CL9 (9-9-9-24) and
OCZ 3GB 1333MHz CL7 (7-7-7-20)

I have a small idea but out of the two above, does this mean the OCZ would perform noticeably better?

Finally would it be worthwhile for me to ditch the above two for the following?
Corsair 3GB 1600MHz XMS3 Dominator CL8 (8-8-8-24)

The 1600mhz ram will be quicker. Go for the Corsair 1600, thats my opinion anyway.

If you are running an i7/X58 rig, then 1600MHz memory is wasted... get 1333MHz memory and spend a little more to get 6GB (assuming you are runnin a 64-bit OS).

I have the OCZ 6GB 1333MHz CL7 (7-7-7-20) kit, which performs excellently and is reasonably priced.
