Hi,

I need some clarification,

firstly, running all my ram in 4 out of 8 slots (4 sticks running in the right side of slots), is this decreasing speed?

Secondly, for overclocking purposes, does enabling XMP profile is it cause overclicking instability?

In a few words, yes and yes.
Overclocking with XMP may be just fine, but you never know until you try it. It may well be that it works just fine.

I keep getting errors so having to leave it at 1333
