Hi my friend asked me for help in picking memory but I have no idea which is the best one for him. His system is AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX Motherboard.
Can some tell me what the best memory to buy at 1X16gb?

I think he is planing to buy 2 1X16gb but was wondering is 2 1X16gb any good?

He's best off buying the 32gb 2x16 together as a kit to avoid compatibility issues.

I think the cheapest one OCUK does is £98 for 32gb 3200/16.

If he doesn't need 32gb then he could pick up a 16gb 2x8 kit for around £60

Should always buy ram in pairs as it will run in dual channel mode which increase the performance.

3200-3600 is the ideal speed for ryzen so it will be fine.
