DDR4 for X99 query

Looking for some guidance here please guys.

Ram is for system in my sig, wanting some b die without all the RGB ****. Realise X99 is ageing a bit now and wondered if there is any reason not to get 2 sets of this https://www.overclockers.co.uk/team...3200mhz-dual-channel-kit-black-my-08l-tg.html to run quad channel?

Guidance appreciated.

On reflection I think I’ll leave the ram alone till I find something worth upgrading to (platform wise). Thanks again, appreciated.
