ddr4 ram help

my system - gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 , ryzen 5 1600 ,bios f23 . pro dark 2x8gb ddr4 3200 cl 14-14-14-31.
In the bios settings I have X.P.M profile 1" system memory multiplier 32.00,

CLDO_VDDP Control on auto,

Memory timings mode Auto . 14-14-14-14-37
When I save and restart it goes off on 3 times like its changing my settings back .

when In windows Cpu z shows size 16384 mbytes – dram Freq 1064.1mhz – fsb dram 3:32 15-15-15-36-51 -1T ,
Also task manager memory 16.0gb - speed 2133mhz- slots used 2 – hardware reserved 8.0gb.
just wondering why my ram is running under spec and if anyone can help ?

It’s a limitation of ryzen. You need Samsung b die ram for the best chance at getting 3200 speeds but even then it’s not guaranteed (my system refuses to boot above 2933 even with Samsung b die) select xmp and manually enter 2933 and see if that boots and runs stable. There’s very little in real world difference between 3200 and 2933.

Try raising the memory voltages to 1.4V. SOC voltage to 1.1V - 1.15V.
