ddr4 Ram

running ddr4 ram 2 x 8gb 3200 and I have cpuz open and it reads Dram Frequency 1596.2mhz just wondering if this is wrong?

nah, close enough. it's never entirely accurate. my 8700k does not show exactly 4.7g either, it's 4.697.

its supposed to show you half of the freq as its dual-channel so double it and you have 3200

Close, it's because it's Double Data Rate, dual channel is something different
