DDR5 6000 c30 voltage 1.35v vs 1.4v differences?

I'm currently looking at RAM for a 7600 with the possibilty of upgrading to a 9800X3D/ Zen 6 in the future so settled on 32GB 6000mhz c30 ram but although theres slight differences on the sub timings any reason to pick a 1.35v set over a 1.4v or am I overthinking it way too much.

probably overthinking, all ddr5-6000 c30 ram is basically the same
yet... I would still probably go for lower voltage in faint hope it has been binned or tested better.

main reason would be for possible overclocking headroom i would imagine
