Hi,

I recently purchased a new desktop(https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/desk...003jus?orgRef=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F) and trying to figure out memory speeds. ran aida64 and the first results were around 110ns. The RAM that I have is Samsung ddr5 5600 but by default was set to 4400then, after enabling xmp and setting speed to 5600 got better results around 90ns. in safe mode getting 67-70ns. I think it is still slow. are these speeds normal for ddr5? :)

Thanks

I appreciate your response :) Bloatware is a good point. I'll probably delete everything and install a fresh copy of Windows 11.

Fortunately, compared to earlier BIOS versions, Lenovo has unlocked some of the BIOS settings.

it's been a while, this is my first PC in 15 years, I don't know anything about timings.

Do you have any timing knowledge? Do you think these timings are good?

Here is my current configuration:

changed speed to 6000
