Hi,

When it comes to 64gb kits. Kits like these...
G.Skill Royal RGB XMP 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 PC5-51200C32-6400MHz
Corsair Vengeance 64GB (2X32GB) DDR5 PC5-51200C40 6400MHz
Kingston FURY Beast RGB 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 PC5-44800C32 6400MHz Dual

Are they all using the same IC chips.
Are any better than others to choose as far as OC potential should I want to explore that avenue?

Thanks

Possibly, I have seen posts where like kits use differing RAM IC.

Some of the Corsair kits have window showing label on heatspreader.

V3.XX.XX: Micron-based ICs
V4.XX.XX: Samsung-based ICs
V5.XX.XX: Hynix-based ICs

Middle two digits density.

Last two digits die version. Number the alphabet letters = die version, A = 01, B = 02, M = 13.

The purple bold character in P/N below denotes unlocked PMIC.

CMK32GX5M2B5200C38 supports up to 1.435V (A, B, D, E)
CMK32GX5M2X5200C38 supports up to 1.9V (Only X)

I recently bought Patroit Viper Venom DDR5 7000MHz C32 (2x16GB), which is a decent BIN, as 9.143 ns first word latency; also has unlocked PMIC.

You could assess RAM you wish to buy based on this aspect. If it has low latency, it may well do better MHz with some tweaks on timings.
So this..

Is upto 1.9v ram ?
