Hi guys

I have Corsair Vengeance Black, PC5-41600 (5200) on an Asus strix b660.
Only setting have have changed is the Dram frequency to DDR5-5200. Is this ok? I don’t want to overclock the system just want it to run the speed it’s meant to run.
CPU is i9 12900k

thanks

I don't know anything about DDR5, but usually Corsair Vengeance has faster timings than what the board will default to and it needs a higher voltage.

I'd just enabled the xmp profile, it will then adjust the voltage and timings according to the manufacturers set profile

On my Asus Z690 Board with 4 sticks of Team Group Polaris 5200 C34 my PC refused to boot when I enabled XMP. Once I upped the RAM voltage to 1.30 volts it then worked fine. I'm assuming this is because I'm using 4 sticks though.
