DDR5 very slow copy and read speeds compared to write.

Hi

Does anyone know which timing(s) need to be adjusted to enable to read and copy speed to be closer to the write speed?
On my old DDr3 mobo the tWWSR and tRRSR timing fixed this issue but I can't find that setting in the new mobo (unless it's named something else)?

It's alright I've learnt that it's an infinity fabric bottleneck with they 7600x
