dead 360 what are my rights

My 360 has died,MS has told me to try my HD in another machine this is still working,I am not prepared to wait to let microsoft deal with this.My question is can I take it back to the retailer for an exchange.Bought from g**me

Within a year game will let you exchange it directly.

Faulty goods - your contract is with Game and not M$. They should refund/replace without any hassles.

I took mine back to GAME last sunday. They just swapped for a brand new Premium pack, apart from the HDD. No problems at all. I even took it back to a branch differeing from the one I bought it from.

Best of luck returning it.
I had a nightmare returning mine and very strong words with GAME's customer service department.
