After a long L4D2 session, my 9800GX2 now seems to be shot. Horrid artefacts in games, though outside of games it's fine. I'm guessing it's died so it's time for replacement.
MY PC is pretty darn old in places (still running an E6300 clocked at 2.5Ghz) so it seems a bit senseless splashing loads on a card I won't be able to use anyway. What has caught my eye is the ATI 6770 for about 90 quid. I'm quite out of the loop though, so I don't really know what they are like. One thing I do know I want from a new card is lower power usage than the GX2 had and something that runs cool. I've lost one too many cards to heat so they cooler the better.
