Dead IGP 4790k

Going to try and get at least something for my cpu board and ram on MM or elsewhere but windows just freezes after a minute or two with a moving cursor.

Then the cursor freezes and that’s that.

I’ve tried win 10 and 11 clean but now I’m trying windows to go and it won’t display bios although this could be the tv.

If I go back to factory bios, try a new cable and display and it still happens am I looking at a borked cpu?

It works fine with my 3070.

Tried the last official bios (i was on beta bios) nope
