Dead iPad 3

Hello,

I have a dead iPad 3 cellular that has died due to a flat cable(cellular to motherboard) that got damaged when the battery got changed, now the iPad does not boot, just loops on the apple logo.

Any idea how to fix it or what to do with it ?

Purchase new cable and resolder as in image.

Done one myself.

I have looked for it but could not find it.

Can't seem to find it myself. Only ever done 1 and got it from eBay at the time
