I'm in a little bit of a predicament, As you're all aware the ms 3.0 was re-released this year, well i got mine about 2 months ago. It was having intermittant power problems a few days ago now it won't come on and stay on, I've tried several usb ports and even a different pc and still the same thing. Is this covered by overclockers of Microsoft? if it's Microsoft has anyone got a telephone number handy?
 
well reading about similar Microsoft products from other online retailers, a few of them state "This item cannot be returned to the manufacturer, warranty for this item must be handled by *competitor*"

So i'd guess you'll have to get an rma from OcUK, send them a message via thier webnote system https://www.overclockers.co.uk/webnote.php
