My D7000 died on me suddenly this morning, no lcd, no functioning, zippo, dead. Kicked the bucket. Gone to camera heaven... And yes, I checked with a fully charged, spare battery.

I used it for mostly landscapes and family portrait shooting. The lenses I used were a Tokina 11-16mm DX; Nikon 18-55mm VR kit; Nikon 55-200mm VR kit; Tamron 90mm SP Macro and an awesome Nikon 50mm 1.8D (FF compatible).

So.. Should I replace the camera with Full Frame? How is the D750 for landscapes? Or should I extend my loan and get the D810 and 24-70mm?

Or... Should I jump ship, get a Sony A7II and a Nikon adaptor for mirrorless fun?

Btw - the 50mm, 90mm, 11-16mm & 55-200mm are my most used lenses..
