Dead or Alive 5

Microsoft really really need to start holding on to exclusives. I can't help but look at the XBOX and how many there were back then and now look at the 360. This was XBOX's answer to Tekken.

I'm not complaining haha :P I'm on PS3 and I really missed this series after 2 as it became an MS exclusive. The latest Tekken was multi platform anyway.

:O I really wonder how this will turn out. DOA4 was a fun game to play and all... but truth be told it wasn't a good game.

They've relied too heavily on third party developers who needed the extra cash from signing an exclusive deal. Microsoft were clearly good at spotting these guys as some real gems have been released, however as a result of this their popularity has grown and when the exclusivity deal expires they move to multiplatform to maximise profits.

Sony has also lost nearly all of its third party developers, difference is they also own a heck of a lot of development studios who have continued to make exclusives. Microsoft on the other hand dissolved their only big first party games development studio a couple of years back.

Hayate finally getting the upper hand on Hayabusa? Surely not!

Kinda ironic when Hayate is slightly based off Itagaki and we all know what happened to him.

Looking forward to the evolution of the breast juggle physics and whatever cheapass last boss they will introduce in this. :D

I see no breast physics/animations therefore this isn't Dead or Alive.

I remember playing the first one when I was about 10 or 11, and my god :o

I would say it's not as popular as Virtua Fighter and Tekken (Arguable depending on your region), but I still like the game and consider it as the middle in-between them.

Not as highly technical as Virtua Fighter (DOA is more based off this series), and not as juggle dependant as Tekken, but quite fast paced, very responsive and kind of easy to pickup. DOA does have juggles, but not as stupidly ridiculous as Tekken is.

What also sets DOA apart from the others is it's counter-system which can be a make or break since sometimes I find to be too cheap and too powerful.
