dead pixel guarantee?

Distance selling regualtion you have 7days from recipt to return the goods in unused condition

Ok I see, but I will have opened the monitor and used it in order to ascertain if there are any dead pixels, would this still be OK?

Thanks

as long as it is repacked in resellable condition I cant see there being a problem

Have fun with those viewing angles.

You're amazingly informational post has highlighted a potential flaw with my idea...:confused:I guess the Samsung is a TN Panel....

Which monitors would be suitable for dual setups? I was looking at the 2007fp Dell (20" non widescreen) but its out of stock....

any suggestions?

I wouldn't worry too much about the viewing angle - just angle the outer screens and you get a nice surround effect for games!

It is 7 working days on the DSR so it varies depending on which day you receive the screen. ;)

Every TFT I've bought has had a lazy pixel - it's annoying, but you get used to it - if you aren't happy with that then you really should get your screen elsewhere - plenty of other e-tailers offer Pixel checks.
