Dead Pixel policy

Bought an AOC monitor this week, sadly there's a dead pixel on it.

What's the policy on returns / replacements? I made a request through the AOC site already, but I'm wondering if Overclockers themselves have anything to do with it either.

Each manufacture is different iirc AOC is something like 6 or 7 dead pixels before they will swap it. As you've just got it I'd return it.

Well, according to AOC, one dead pixel is allowable under their pixel policy. Here:
