DEAD PIXEL

Has anyone seen any dead pixel on your LED or LCD monitor. I have bought LCD monitor twice and twice i found a dead pixel. The first one i bought I turn it back and asked for replacement which they granted immediately. The second time around I never asked for replacement because they told me that dead pixel will never do harm on your monitor. Is that true?

No dead or stuck pixels on any of my monitors. If purchased brand new then for me it would go straight back if it had dead or stuck pixel.

Sometimes i buy from companies that charge to do monitor checks, i prefer that to the hassle of maybe having to send back.

If it already has a dead or stuck pixel it may develop more.

But then again if i had one that did develop one in the next 6 months or so, i don't think i could do anything about it, i don't think it would be fair to try to return it.

Then again i have some really old panels that have no faults, so it shows they can last and be dead or stuck pixel free.
