dead pixles

web page came out in stars.... it was a article on ***** on dead pixels

after reading this article, i found that my samsung 20" monitor had dead pixels all over it. and i think samsung has a 0 dead pixels policy, i never had to rma anything before, any one give me a idea how to rma my monitor?

They only have a policy on single white dead pixels. I think you need atleast five 'stuck' pixels before you can rma it.

If it is the web site I mentioned they ran an April Fool joke yesterday about dead pixels. They also had a joke test page, the many many dead pixels it appears to show are nothing more than dots on the image, nothing to worry about
