Dead PSU?

I was playing some music on iTunes earlier this afternoon and my whole system went off as if there had been a powercut. About 20 minutes earlier I was playing some COD:WAW and it just froze and the screen started to flicker.

Now, everything else plugged into the power-surge seems to work. Speakers can play through an iPod, monitor saying there's no signal etc.

I've tried a new power cable, plugging it into the mains without the power-surge adaptor and nothing is coming on. No lights on the motherboard or anything. It seems likely to me that the PSU has gone. Does that sound likely?

Spec:

Q6600 @ stock
IP-35 Pro mobo
Corsair 620W modular.
8800GTX
X-Fi Gamer soundcard.
2x 2GB Corsair RAM
1x Samsung Spinpoint 1TB Hard drive.

Running Windows 7. iPod, Saitek keyboard, G5 mouse and Logitech desktop mic, the only attached USB devices at the time.

Cheers for your help.

Check your warranty it maybe 5 year cover so you could get it swapped.
