DEAD PSU?

Of so my pc won't turn on.
Was fine earlier, now nothing.
4770k with 16gb ram on a z87-oc mobo.
2 x r9-290's in crossfire.
PSU is a superflower leadex platinum 100th.
I've changed the fuse on the kettle lead.
The little mobo on/of switch lights up.
Power button does nothing either mobo one or case button .
Psu connectors don't light up.
The button on mobo that runs the case fans doesn't work.
The cpu is on a xspc water cooling lo op
I have 3 hd and one ssd fitted

I'm guessing mobo or Psu right?
I bought everything from ocuk

Assuming I worked out which was which correctly, my psu is dead.

Is the led button pressed in on the back of the motherboard?

I have a spare 750w psu I can try. Just not gonna be tonight. Had a few beers and was expecting a few rounds of bf4 but no. . Not tonight.
