Dead Rising 2 - Error message

A friend of mine is getting the following error message when trying to install Dead Rising 2 ;

Windows Vista

(15:58:19) Initialized
(16:02:26) DLL entry points failed to load. XLiveInstall.dll might be out of date
(16:02:41) Exit code: 0x800702af

Any ideas?

easy fix had it to.

Install Games for Windows Live Manually by going to there site signing up & downloading

its required to allow the game to save & be able to run. it kinda authorizes it.

its annoying that steam doesnt do it for you but,

thats how to fix it
