Dead seasonic psu?

Finially got round to installing my new psu this weekend https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-021-SS and it seems doa.

Got everything plugged in and the fans spin for half a second and then nothing. If i unplug/ plug it back in again the fans spin for the same half second and thats it.

Unplugged everything excl the motherboard 24 + 4 pins and no change. Put my trusty antec psu back in and it boots first time.

Guessing theres nothing else i could try before an rma?

You're probably just unlucky enough to maybe get a dodgy one....get a replacement of the same one....it's unlikely you will get two dodgy ones in a row

Seasonic are known as one of the best but like every company you do get the occasional dud lol

Is the PC booting?

Those PSU have that Hybrid fan thingy, so it maybe fine and the fan wont spin until it has too?

No pc doesnt boot at all, just rad fans spin for half second then nothing

Think im cursed with pcs at the moment. First the waterblock saga now this!

Hopefully a replacement will sort it out,
