You still need the vsync tweak in DS2.

Well i played with the 360 controller with vsync on and no complaints here.

Right, so Saturday night i played DS1 from Chapter 2 till th end.

Every half an hour i said, next save point i'll stop... 4.5 hours later

I must admit i didn't think i was going to like it that much, but it's one of the very few games that i couldn't put down! The twist at the end wasn't much of a suprise and i still don't understand half of the story but i was very tired when i was playing!

So, DS2 tonight.

what engine is dead space run on? it seems to run very smooth, i get around 180-250fps on dead space 1

It's EA's own engine.

Started playing through the first on PC (bought 2nd on PS3 with Extraction) and found the keyboard tolerable, but prefer the 360 pad.

Plus it allows me to sit back on the bed and play it on the 42" TV rather than the 22" monitor

i was thinking of picking up DS2, but havent played 1, so im looking for it also at a bargain price!
