Dead Space 1 - Numeric Pad

As a lefty I find it a lot easier to play games using the numeric pad to control movement. However, DS1 won't let me map movement controls to my numeric pad (possibly because it's identifying 8, 4, 6 and 2 as up, left, right and down). I've tried toggling the Num Lock button but that hasn't made any difference.

Does anyone know of a way to get around this? Perhaps there's an .ini file somewhere that I can play around with?

Hello fellow leafy. In all honesty the easiest way to sort this is going to be AutoHotKey and make your own script to remap num8 to W etc... shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to sort.

I'm completely serious. Playing with WSAD is very uncomfortable and using the arrow keys is a bit inconvenient due to the choice and layout of adjacent keys.
