Dead space- Acting up cursor/aim

It used to work fine, but for some reason, it shows my desktop cursor over the actual game cursor aim or whatever. Like when i go settings it has 2 cursors going at the same time, collaborated in different locations? any fix to this? reinstall? Do i lose my save game?

AH nvm, I repaired the game on origin, I guess it was randomly missing files lol

Theyre up to date, this game used to work fine, but now it has 2 cursors in the game :<
