dead space probs

I downloaded all the new drives for my card but i think i deleted something i shouldn’t of because all the cutscenes are strange. There’s no lighting and it doesn’t seam to refresh the screen, the image just builds up on top of each other

The game play is fine though :S

Any ideas guys ???

Go to recycle bin and restore the deleted file?
Download GPU drivers?
System restore?
Reinstall game?
