My Xbox 360 died last week (RROD) - after 2.5 years of use.
I submitted my repair request with microsoft - and packed it up with UPS label stuck on and went and dropped it off at local UPS depot.
Problem is - I forget to put my Service Request number and address on the box, as instructed in the email from Microsoft repairs.
My fault I know, but does anyone think it will be a problem?
My return address is on the UPS label on the box - and I guess they can get service request number from my address and the consoles serial number?
Anyone else forget to do this and have to do anything about it?
