My deathadder seems to be doubleclicking. Google indicates that this is a common issue and normally a precursor to the mouse dying. Since I bought it in 2010, am not too fussed.

Have generally been quite happy with it. So question is, what do I replace it with? More of the same? Something else?

Main requirement is the two thumb buttons on the left hand side. I use them for back/forward all the time and would find it tough without it.

Thanks guys. Will take a look at the 502 as well since a couple have recommended it. Not sure I need/want all the extra buttons. My copperhead used to have two other side mouse buttons on the other side for DPI switching on the fly, but they hardly got used.

No issues with deathadder starting to kind of fail at this point. 5 years is a decent enough time. Was more wondering if there was something better out there that I should be considering, or deathadder was still one of the better ones. Good to hear that there's a reduction in their failure rate though :)
