I MAY of cracked it. I download EVGGA Precision and noticed that this game makes the GPU shoot up into the 90s almost straight away. I set the fans to 100% in Precision and temp went to 85C on the primary card (not bad for SLI and stock Cooling), so try that.

Using the 180.x drivers? Read somewhere there was a small bug making the cards run a little hotter (3-4deg), when using those drivers. Something to do with how it handles the fan profiles.

Try going back to older drivers and see what the temps are then (if your using 180.x)
