Dealing with blisters...

Okay, I took pretty much all advice.

Got a sore spot on my left inside foot so I got some compede grease, then put cotton wool on and then duct taped the lot up. Worked well, did 12 miles last night in about 1:35.

One thing I also noticed is that I think I am getting blisters on the inside of my feet as I am running on the inside of my feet. I made a concious effort to change this and it seems to have helped.

May also start soaking my feet in vinegar.
