Dealing with Microsoft store.

Has anyone on here ever dealt with Microsoft store on the phone?
I pre ordered a military green bf1 bundle console back in late September. I was charged for the console on Monday and it arrived today.(same say delivery apparently so says microsoft)


Now I've had numerous calls trying to find out when it was going to arrive and then being sort of fobbed off, and to make matters worse now they have done this bundle + gow4 for £20 extra. They wouldn't amend the order to despatch the game separately and they wouldn't allow me to cancel it because payment had been sent. Bearing in mind I requested all of this before it even turned up.

I probably should have refused the delivery but what a balls ache.
 
I pre order Fifa 17 through M$ store but after playing the 10 hour trial a week before release, decided it wasnt for me.

I contacted them for a refund as the game still had not been released (4 days to go).

Do you think I could get one? Finally after 5 live chats, 3 emails and a phone call I got a refund 6 hours before release and the point of no return!

Its like M$ train their agents to purposefully make giving money back super awkward.

I bet a lot of people just roll over and give up.
