Game after game is ruined by foreigners.

its strnge though because a lot of people complain that the PS network is region specific.

I do agree a lot of times the American's can be a bit of a pain, and it can also increase lag a lot of the times, which would be bad in ranked games.

Would be good if you could restrict it either way.

I think it really depends on what game your playing. Some of the random people i used to play with online in burnout revenge had me in tears laughing. Some the americans (aka "Sp1ndawg" and "yLIE") used to crack me up a lot too. I could post a link to probably the best youtube video that depicts how xbox live is (probs the funniest vid i have watched on the site), but i won't as it contains swearing, so probs isn't allowed
