couple of questions:
(i know this isnt a serious build, but i'm bored so i'm gonna take it seriously anyway :p)

do you really want the stock processor cooler?
do you really want the micro stuttering you will get from the two 6990's in quadfire?
does the motherboard actually fit? (HPTX is a pretty huge form factor and there's literally no info saying what form factors will fit)

and, most importantly, will you be doing anything that can take advantage of 12 cores and 24 threads

(oh, and you really want to be watercooling the graphics cand stuff if you get that case)

just noticed you havent filled up all the RAM slots, and you could get a bigger version of that SSD. amateur :p

those graphics cards are far too low end. you really want to get the two of the Asus mars IIs and put them in quad SLI instead:
